Following are answers to some of our most frequently asked questions.

Are the Client Custodial Accounts FDIC insured?

Yes, up to $250,000 per account.

Does my company need to be approved for Payment Processing?

Yes. Since you will have written authorized access to Client Accounts (Your Clients) you will need to be approved by our ODFI (Originating Depository Financial Institution).

Is there a credit check?

We conduct a personal credit check as well as require some basic business documentation.

Payment Processing approval is not a loan product and does not appear on your personal credit report like a business loan would.

If a Client has a question about their account, who do they call?

Your Client should call your company directly. You will also provide all your Client s with a login ID and Password to access their accounts. Direct access to their accounts should reduce the Client service requirement burden on your company. If your Client should contact us, our Client service department has access to their account information and is ready to assist them in any way.

Can my company "Private Label" the payment gateway?

Yes. Our payment gateway will contain your company graphics and slogan.

How does the Client access the payment gateway?

Using any computer with internet access by logging in through your web site.

How soon is the new Client account activated?

The Client account is automatically established once your staff enters the Client data into the gateway and assigns a Client identification number.
